Can I Make a Return or Exchange?

Yes, we will gladly accept your return or exchange. Just follow the guidelines on our Returns and Exchanges page.

How Long Does It Take to Get a Refund?

Once your returned item is received and reviewed, we will process your return. You should see a credit back to your payment method with in 1-3 business days upon arrival to our facility.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email notification with your item's shipping and tracking information once your it has been shipped. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. It is something we are working towards for the future. Sign up for our email newsletter to be notified when we make this an option.

How Long Does It Take for Me to Receive My Order?

Once your order is placed, we do our best to get it out the door to you within 24-48 hours, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday). Orders placed over a holiday or during a sale period may take 5-7 business days to process and ship. 

Most of our shipping is done via USPS so orders are estimated to deliver within 5-10 business days from the time you placed your order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location.

How Do I Report a Missing Order? 

You will receive an order notification once your order is placed. We will update your order with shipping and tracking information within 2-3 days of placing your order. Once you receive shipping information, you will be able to follow your package while it is in transit.
